After you buy
What happens once you reserve
The part most pricing pages leave out.
Within 1 business day
You receive a written scope document listing every page, every deliverable, the revision allowance, and the delivery date.
Within 2 business days
Your intake call is scheduled. For Supply & Operations and above, this is two sessions rather than one.
Day 2 onward
A staging URL you can watch fill in. No reveal day, no black box.
Structured review rounds
Feedback is collected in rounds rather than continuously, which is what keeps a fixed-price project from drifting.
Launch day
Deployment to your domain, a QA report, and a handover call walking through the documentation.
After launch
Your care or support plan starts. Cancel any time — the site runs on your hosting account, not ours.
Our commitment
What fixed price actually means here
A fixed price is meaningless unless the scope is fixed too, so we fix both in writing before you pay anything beyond the reservation.
If we miss an agreed delivery date for reasons on our side, your monthly plan is free until we deliver. We will not promise anything outside our control — no claims about rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, processor approval, or regulatory outcomes appear in any agreement we sign.
In your scope document
- The exact page list
- Every deliverable, itemized
- Named integrations and who configures each
- Revision rounds and what counts as a round
- The delivery date and what could move it
- Everything explicitly excluded
- Ownership, handover, and cancellation terms
Questions
About pricing
Why do you publish prices when most agencies do not?
Because a discovery call whose real purpose is to work out what you can afford wastes your time and ours. These are productized packages with defined scope, so the price is knowable in advance and we would rather you self-qualify.
What is the difference between setup and monthly?
Setup buys the build, which you own outright. Monthly buys hosting management, security updates, uptime monitoring, and a bounded amount of content editing. Cancel the monthly and the site keeps running on your hosting account.
Is the monthly plan required?
It is included for the first three months on packages that carry one, then optional. Most people keep it because a site with nobody maintaining it degrades quietly, but it is your call.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Standard structure is $500 to reserve, 50% of the balance at kickoff, and the remainder at launch. Larger engagements can be split across the build period.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Third-party costs — domain, hosting, email, CRM — go to those vendors directly and we show you the numbers up front. The written scope document lists every excluded item explicitly.
What if my project needs something not listed?
We quote it separately at a published rate rather than absorbing it into a package and hoping. If what you need is genuinely custom software rather than a marketing site, we will say so.
Do you price differently for larger businesses?
No. The price is the price regardless of your revenue or market size.
