You receive a written summary listing every page, everything you get, how many rounds of changes are included, and the delivery date.
Within 2 business days
Your kickoff call is booked. For a Complete Business Build this is two sessions rather than one, because there is more to settle.
Day 2 onward
A staging URL you can watch fill in. No reveal day, no black box.
Structured review rounds
We collect your feedback in rounds rather than a stream of messages, which is what keeps a fixed price honest.
Launch day
We put the site live on your domain, check everything works, and walk you through it on a handover call.
After launch
Your included help period starts. After it ends you can manage the site yourself for $0 — it runs on your own hosting account, not ours.

About the builder
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes, for exactly what you configured. We work the total out on our own server from the same published prices, so nothing you see on screen can differ from what you are charged. The written summary we send within one business day repeats that number alongside the page list and everything included.
What is the $500 for?
It holds your place in the build queue and comes off your project total — it is not an extra fee. If you change your mind before your kickoff call, we refund it. After the kickoff call it goes toward the work already done.
Do I have to pay it all now?
No. You can reserve for $500 or pay in full, whichever suits you. If you reserve, we write down the scope, you agree it, and only then do we invoice the rest. We never charge a balance you have not seen and approved.
Will I get charged twice for something my package already includes?
No. Anything already in your package is never offered as an add-on, and our server drops it from the bill even if it somehow reaches us. The same applies to anything inside a bundle you have chosen — it is charged once, in the bundle.
How accurate is the delivery date?
It is worked out from the package baseline plus whatever you added, counted in working days from your kickoff call. The thing that moves it most often is how fast you can approve the words.
Can I change my design or package later?
Before the build starts, freely and at no cost. Once it starts, changing the design means rebuilding the page structure and is priced as new work. Moving up to a bigger package mid-build is usually straightforward.
Do I have to choose a monthly plan?
No, and we do not ask you to think about one here. Your build already includes help after launch. We only talk about monthly plans once your site is live, and $0 is a perfectly good answer.
What if I want to talk to someone first?
Use the contact form and we will answer before you commit to anything. Plenty of people configure a build just to see the number and then ask questions — that is what it is for.
