The three phases
What each phase actually involves
Choose
Pick a design and a package in the builder. You see an exact price and a delivery window before you give us a single contact detail.
Customize
A 60 to 90 minute intake call settles the buyer, the transaction, the terminology, and the sitemap. Then we apply your brand and write your copy.
Launch
We deploy to your domain, wire the forms and follow-up, run the QA pass, and hand over documentation that tells you how to edit everything.
Day by day
What happens after you reserve
The sequence is the same on every package. Only the durations change.
Within 1 business day
You receive a written scope document listing every page, every deliverable, the revision allowance, and the delivery date.
Within 2 business days
Your intake call is scheduled. For Supply & Operations and above, this is two sessions rather than one.
Day 2 onward
A staging URL you can watch fill in. No reveal day, no black box.
Structured review rounds
Feedback is collected in rounds rather than continuously, which is what keeps a fixed-price project from drifting.
Launch day
Deployment to your domain, a QA report, and a handover call walking through the documentation.
After launch
Your care or support plan starts. Cancel any time — the site runs on your hosting account, not ours.
How we work
Six commitments
These are the rules we run projects by, including the ones that occasionally cost us a sale.
Fixed scope, fixed price
A written scope document before the first invoice: the exact page list, deliverables, revision allowance, and delivery date. A fixed price without a fixed scope is just a starting number.
No black box
You get a staging URL on day one and watch pages appear. There is no reveal day, which means there is no expensive surprise on either side.
Rounds, not a stream
Feedback is collected in structured rounds. Continuous feedback is how fixed-price projects turn into open-ended ones, and it is worse for you than for us.
You own everything
Code in your repository, domain on your registrar, hosting on your account. Cancelling the monthly plan does not touch the site.
We say when we are wrong for it
If your project needs custom application development, or an agency retainer, or nothing at all yet, we will tell you rather than sell you the nearest package.
Nothing we cannot stand behind
No claims about rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, processor approval, or regulatory outcomes appear in anything we sign or write for you.
Start with the price, not a call.
