After you reserve
What happens next, step by step
No mystery period, no reveal day. Here is the actual sequence.
Within 1 business day
You receive a written scope document listing every page, every deliverable, the revision allowance, and the delivery date.
Within 2 business days
Your intake call is scheduled. For Supply & Operations and above, this is two sessions rather than one.
Day 2 onward
A staging URL you can watch fill in. No reveal day, no black box.
Structured review rounds
Feedback is collected in rounds rather than continuously, which is what keeps a fixed-price project from drifting.
Launch day
Deployment to your domain, a QA report, and a handover call walking through the documentation.
After launch
Your care or support plan starts. Cancel any time — the site runs on your hosting account, not ours.
Questions
About the builder
Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes, for the scope you configured. The written scope document we send within one business day restates that exact number along with the page list, deliverables, and revision allowance. If you change scope, we re-quote before anything proceeds.
What is the $500 reservation?
It holds a slot in the build queue and applies in full toward your project total. It is not an additional fee. If you cancel before the intake call it is refunded; after the intake call it is applied to work completed.
Am I committing to anything by submitting?
No. Submitting saves your configuration and emails you a copy. Nothing is charged and no work starts until you have reviewed the written scope document and placed the reservation.
How accurate is the delivery date?
It is calculated from the package baseline plus your add-ons, counted in business days from your intake call. The main thing that moves it is review turnaround on your side — copy approval is the usual bottleneck.
Can I change my design or package later?
Before the build starts, freely and at no cost. After it starts, design changes mean rebuilding page structure and are quoted as new work. Package upgrades mid-build are usually straightforward.
What if I want to talk to someone first?
Use the contact form and we will answer before you commit to anything. Plenty of people configure a build to see the number and then ask questions — that is the intended use.
