The launch readiness checklist

What the checklist covers

  • Business model and offerWho buys, what the transaction is, and what you are actually selling.
  • Legal and regulatory reviewHealthcare regulatory counsel engaged, your specific model reviewed in writing.
  • Supplier and testing documentationAgreements, documentation, and testing arrangements you can show a buyer.
  • Brand identity and terminologyName, marks, palette, and the written list of words you will and will not use.
  • Website and lead funnelStructure, copy, forms, and the path from first visit to qualified inquiry.
  • Lead follow-up and CRMWho follows up, how fast, and where the record lives.
  • Payment and invoicing readinessProcessor arranged, or a plan for when the first application is declined.
  • Claims and copy reviewEvery page reviewed against the line you agreed with counsel.
  • Launch marketing planThe first ninety days, with named owners and dates.
  • Ongoing operationsSupport, fulfillment, reporting, and who owns each after launch.
